An evening for women to gather in circle and community to soften, share, and be held through the medicine of cacao, rose and sacred prayer and songs guided by Bambi Rose, Dinarta, and Lily Isobel.
What to expect:
Cacao and rose to honour our hearts and help us to connect deeper to ourselves and a sound journey of enchanting melodies that will uplift your spirit, deep-rooted rhythmic chants on the drum to connect you to your roots, and songs from the forest to weave joy and harmony into this shared experience of connection, inspiration and integration.
Lily Isobel
Lily is a somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator and embodied nutritionist and creates spaces to empower a deeper connection with self and cultivate a profound sense of embodiment.
Lily has been working with the Huni Kuin and Yawanawa since 2017 and is a carrier of their sacred chants and brings the frequency of the forest through her music.
Bambi Rose
Bambi is a sound alchemist, space holder, retreat facilitator and artist. With a passion for using sound and voice as a healing technique, Bambi holds deeply nurturing and intuitive space through her sound healings as well as bringing medicine from the heart through songs to soothe the soul.
Dinarta Abreu
Dinarta is a talented and soulful musician and artist. Her music is inspired by her love of Capoeira, the Afro-Brazilian martial art which embodies freedom, grace and love.
These same values permeate her lyrical compositions, which also touches upon the folklore of her birthplace Madeira (Portugal). Her chants are empowering and nostalgic of the many world traditions that have influenced her.

* We will start around 7.30 - you are welcome to arrive from 7.15pm to get settled.
* Please bring a water bottle and journal and pen and a shaker and If you would like to bring anything to add to the community altar, you are welcome to do so.
* There will also be a small shop with products made by the space holders and other community members.
